Paint Chip Gorgeous

In cleaning out my craft room this weekend I came across this card and I had to post it again.  It's amazing what you can do with paint chips from Home Depot.  I miss this stamp set... Fifth Avenue Floral.

I picked out the paint chips and then I made the card to match using Perfect Plum, Certainly Celery and a little touch of So Saffron.  The card stock background is Basic Gray.  Hope this inspires you.

Round and Round we go...

Sometimes it nice to just play around with shapes.  I decided to use some scraps of DSP and some scraps of card stock and I made this card for a kids birthday card.  I kept it simple, except I did run the card stock pieces through the Chevron embossing folder to give the card some depth.

Throwback Thursday: Punched Animals

OK... how stinkin cute are these little guys.  I rember when we were putting these together as a project at one of our Demo meeting sand we couldn't stop laughing at each one...  especially the monkey!  Simply adorable!

Technique Tuesday: Acetate & Tissue

This technique is a little messy because it involves reinkers and crystal effects.  But it is so worth it.  You can't appreciate how pretty this looks with a picture.  You will have to try it and see for yourself.
