Stampin' With Scraps: Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper

It's amazing what you can do with paper scraps.  I had these random scraps from Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper.  I started laying the scraps out and came up with this design..almost like a puzzle.  The cardstock pops great against the Poppy Parade Cardstock.  The "Thank You" sentiment is from the Flowing Flowers Stamp Set.

Card Details:

• Poppy Parade Cardstock card base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• White Cardstock layer:  4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
• Flowering Field DSP scraps:  4 1/4" x 1/4", 3" x 3/4", 2 5/8" x 1 1/8", 1 3/4" x 1 1/2"

Happy Birthday with Pool Party and Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set

I love the color Pool Party and this card showcases that color with Pool Party Cardstock, Pool Party Designer Series Paper and the flowers are colored in with Pool Party Ink.  I used the Penned Flowers Bundle which includes the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set and Penned Flowers Dies.  I used Pool Party Ink and Pear Pizzazz Ink to color in the flower.

Card Details:

• Pool Party Cardstock card base:  8" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• To get the scalloped edge lined up, adhere the Pool Party DSP to the Pool Party Cardstock card base and them cut them together using the Penned Flowers Dies
• The "Happy Birthday" sentiments if from the Artistically Inked Stamp Set - stamped with Versamark Ink on Black Cardstock and embossed with White Embossing Powder

 

 

Super Simple Just A Note Cards with Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper

Today's cards are super simple and clean using the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper from the new Mini Catalog.  This DSP has such pretty tulip patterns and it pops nicely against Poppy Parade Cardstock and the Petal Pink Cardstock.  The "JUST A NOTE" sentiment from the Flowing Flowers Stamp Set is perfect for these cards.

Card Details:

• Poppy Parade Cardstock & Petal Pink Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• White Cardstock scallop layers were cut using the Scalloped Contours Dies
• Flowering Fields DSP layer is trimmed to fit inside the scallop die cut piece:  3 1/8" x 1 7/8"

Cased Inspiration... Artistically Inked Happy Birthday Card

As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, we like to share ideas and case ideas and that inspire us.  Today's Happy Birthday cards were cased and inspired from one of my own posts from January 3, 2022 Click to see original post.  I used the Artistically Inked Bundle which includes the Artistically Inked Stamp Set and coordinating Artistic Dies.  I just changed up the colors to Fresh Freesia and Pool Party.  I think this pretty card layout would work with any color.

Card Details:

• White Cardsstock card base:  7 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• White Cardstock layer:  5 1/4" x 3" - embossed with Macrame 3D Embossing Folder
• Fresh Freesia and Pool Party DSP:  1" x 5 1/2"
