Paint Chip Inspiration #13: Poinsettia Flower

I wanted to make a flower using paint chips and the Stampin' Up! Blossom Builder Punch.  My original plan wasn't to make a Christmas card, but then as I started to punch out the red paint chips... the poinsettia flower started to form.
