Stampin with Scraps: Black & White Balloons

Hope you enjoy today's "Stampin with Scraps" sample.  I used the new Balloon Bouquet Punch from the Occasions catalog and Every Day Chic DSP. I used an old stamp set for the balloon strings and covered the top of the balloon with the punched out paper scraps.
