Washi Tape Wednesday: Washi Tape Halloween Card & Matching Candle

An easy way to create a nice Halloween card and matching candle.  We made this card in my September class, so I decided to make the matching candle with the new Stampin' Up! Halloween Night Designer Washi Tape.
