Today I'm sharing a simple and "Tranquil" birthday card using the Stampin' Up! Happy Birthday Thinlits Die and Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper pack in the new 2017-2019 In Colors.  I used Tranquil Tide In Color for this card.  Flower is from the Bloomin Hearts Thinlits Die.
