Happy Birthday Card 1-2-3

This is a quick and easy Happy Birthday Card that can be put together in minutes using any Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper.



For this card I used the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper for the background. The Happy Birthday was cut out in Lemon Lime Twist with a Whisper White shadow and the balloons were punched out with the Balloon Bouquet punch in Fresh Fig and Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.
