Technique Tuesday: Spotlight Technique

Today's card features the fun Spotlight Technique, named for the attention it draws to a specific spot on the card.  It is very simple to do in only three steps.  I chose to use the Painted Poppies Stamp Set.

1. Stamp your image and select what you want to spotlight.  Stamp the image again on a separate piece of card stock
2. Color in the part of the image you want to spotlight and Die-cut with the Circles Dies
3. Layer and pop-up your image on the card overlaying your original image
