Easter Bonnets

Paint Chip Inspiration 2: Easter Banner
I started a new series on my blog called Paint Chip Inspiration, this is project #2. I made this cute Easter Banner to hang as decoration in my craft room using paint chips and Stampin' Up! Oval Framelits. I was surprised how east it was to match up Stampin' Up! card stock colors with the paint chip colors.
