Simple Stamping & Casing

Sometimes it's just fun searching and casing cards on-line.  I like to play or add my own special touch. These are some of the cards and embellishments I have been playing around with lately.  Hope these inspire you.

Technique Tuesday: Spotlighting

The Spotlighting Technique is the easiest way to make a simple card more special.  This would make a great birthday card.

Thinking of You

This Daffodil Delight thinking of you card was made using Stampin' Up! Chevron embossing folder, Flower Shop stamp set and strips of Watercolor Wonder DSP.

Throwback Thursday: Greeting Cards and Basket

This is a throwback from one of my class projects a few years ago..  I like the way the yellow, pink and purple look together.  Definitely not a color combo I would have put together on my own, but it matched the Stampin' Up! DSP (Designer Paper Series).

Flower Pot Card

Made this Flower Pot Card using the Stampin' Up! Secret Garden Stamp Set and Framlit.

Technique Tuesday: Faux Tearing

How cool is this...  and what is more easy than tearing paper and sponging.  Love it!  Seeing all these techniques I did is inspiring.  It makes me want to try them again.  I hope you are inspired.

Zig Zag Technique

I'm not sure what this technique is called, but I will call it the "Zig Zag Technique".  Very clever way to use scraps.
