February Stamping Class Project: Cookie Holder

This is one of the projects from my February Stampin Class.  We made this cookie holder using mostly FREE goodies during Sale-A-Bration:  Big Day stamp set, est Year Ever DSP and Best year Ever Accessory Pack (buttons and ribbon).

TIP:  I like to use clips to hold my project together before I'm ready to glue.  Allows you to see what the end project will look like and make sure you have the right shape.

My friend Lilly and I got together to play around with paint chips and the new Stampin' Up! Thinlits Die...  love the results!!!

Throwback Thursday: Stampin' Up! CD Calendar - Heartfelt Thanks

This throwback project was something I made for a "Secret Santa" gift in Dec 2008.  I think having all the monthly pages in the same stamp set (Heartfelt Thanks) and sticking with the same color scheme gives the calendar an elegant look.  I love the way this looks even after so many years.

February Stampin Class Projects

Today I am sharing the projects from my February stamping class. We made such a variety of card themes... one nicer than the other.  I'm so happy the way these projects turned out. More details on each project to come.

I will be posting individual pictures and details in the coming days.

Class giveaway for all my guests.

Stampin' Up! Butterflies Thinlits Diet Cut

This butterfly is so gorgeous...  it looks great on any card, any color... it's beautiful.

Stampin' Up! Indescribable Gift

If you haven't tried the new Stampin' Up! Blendabilities markers, you are really missing out. The markers are so easy to use and gives you a smooth color coverage.  I used to use the Aquapen for all my coloring, but the Blendabilities markers cover much more evenly.

I used the Razzleberry Blendabilities with Indescribable Gift stamp set to make this card.

TIP:  I was able to get the "Happy Easter" saying on 2 lines by cutting the stamp in half.  It's easy to do with clear stamps and you can always line them up again on a clear block if you want the saying on one line.
