Bokeh Card: Stampin' Up! The Open Sea

I've seen various versions of this technique and for a while I didn't even know it had a name.  I was calling it my "dauber card" since I used daubers to create this effect.  I used Night of Navy, Pool Party, Smoky Slate and I stamped off on some of them for a lighter effect.

Paint Chip Inspiration #7: Sympathy Card

This paint chip inspiration card was made by my guest stamper, Lilly Ruiz.  I love the simplicity and elegance of this card.  I guess my obsession with paint chips these days has rubbed off on my friends.

This little candy pouch was made with a regular sized envelope.  Seal the envelope and cut out the corners to make a handle.

Full size Hershey candy bar

Friday Favorite: Trifold Card

Today I am posting an old favorite.  I remember when these Tri-Fold Cards were all the rage.  This project with this pretty Designer Series Paper reminds me of spring.

Inside plastic pouch is made with a Stampin' Up! Clear Envelope.  I cut off the top where the flap is and the I adhered to the back and the tags sit nicely inside.

The background is stamped in the same color as the card stock (think it's Marina Mist) and then I traced with a white gel pen.

Stampin With Scraps: Wildly Flowering DSP

Don't throw away those scraps. A scrap here and there and you have a beautiful card. I used the scraps from Wildly Flowering Designer Se...
