Calming Camellia Stamp Set Sympathy Card

I used the new Calming Camellia Host Stamp Set from the Mini Catalog to create this beautiful sympathy card.  The blurred lines of the artwork have a soft elegance.  It's a distinctive stamp set.. almost looks 3D.  I stamped the flower in Highland Heather Ink and layered against Fresh Freesia Cardstock and Smoky Slate Cardstock.  I loved the way it looked so much, I made another card using Pool Party Ink and Cardstock.

• Smoky Slate Cardstock:  4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2" - stamped with the flower from Calming Camellia Stamp Set in Smoky Slate ink
• Fresh Freesia and Pool Party Cardstock strips:  5" x 1 3/4" - embossed with Greenery Embossing Folder
• White Cardstock:  2 3/4" x 3 1/4", flower from Calming Camellia Stamp Set stamped in Highland Heather Ink and Pool Party Ink

Stampin' Up! Hand-Penned Petals Bundle Happy Birthday Card

HOW PRETTY!  This card was made with the Hand-Penned Petals Bundle which includes the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set and coordinating Penned Flowers Dies.  I used the Pretty Flowers 3D Embossing Folder on a strip of Balmy Blue Cardstock to add texture to the card.

Card Details:

• Night of Navy Cardstock card base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• Balm Blue Cardstock strip:  5 1/4" x 3" - embossed with Pretty Flowers 3D Embossing Folder
• White Cardstock panel:  Approximately measures 3 3/4" x 2 1/2" - cut out using Stitched Rectangle Dies and stamped flower in Balmy Blue Ink.  I stamped off to give it a watermark look.
• Flower from Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set - stamped in Black Memento and colored in used Balmy Blue Blends, Daffodil Delight Blends and Old Olive Blends.  Then cut out using Penned Flowers Dies
• The "Happy Birthday" sentiment from One Happy Family Stamp Set is stamped in Black Memento Ink on Balmy Blue Cardstock
