Thinking of You With Stampin' Up! Hand-Penned Petals and Penned Flowers Dies

I created this soft and feminine card using the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set and the Penned Flowers Dies.  The card base and card layer are both Smoky Slate Cardstock.  I stamped one flower in Black Memento Ink on White Cardstock and colored in with Soft Succulent, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight Blends and cut out using the Penned Flowers Dies.   I took the other flower in the stamp set and stamped all over the Smoky Slate Cardstock layer with Smoky Slate Ink.

Card Details:

• Smoke Slate Cardstock card base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• Smoky Slate Cardstock layer:  5 1/4" x 4"
• The "Thinking of You" sentiment is stamped in Black Memento Ink on White Cardstock and cut out using the Tailored Label Dies

 

 

Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Happy Birthday Card Duo

Beautifully coordinated!  One stamp and one die.  I created this card showing how the Brilliant Wings Dies coordinates with the Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set.  

Card Details:

• White Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
• Pear Pizzazz Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 4"
• Soft Sea Foam Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 3 3/4" - stamped with the Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set in Pear Pizzazz Ink
• White Cardstock banner:  4" x 2 1/2" - trimmed to a point
• The "Happy Birthday" sentiment from Go To Greetings Stamp Set is stamped in Black Memento Ink

 

 

Stampin' Up! Card Swaps: Circles Theme

Today's wonderful card samples were all made with a "Circles" theme.  I'm fortunate to belong to a monthly swap group with some talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators.  I hope these samples creatively inspire you..

Card Details:

• Calypso Coral Cardstock and Daffodil Delight Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded in half
• Calypso Coral & Daffodil Delight Cardstock layer: 5 1/4" x 4" - embossed with Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder
• White Cardstock die-cut with Scalloped Contour Die
• Separately on scrap paper I punched out a large circle and put it over the white scalloped rectangle and using a dauber sponged in with ink (Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight)... used dauber to shade darker and lighter by the touch
• Stamped the flower from Color & Contour Stamp Set in Black Ink on top of the colored circle
• The "So very happy for you" sentiment from the Color & Contour Stamp Set was stamped on black cardstock with Versamark Ink and embossed with white embossing powder and then punched out

Stampin' Up! Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper 3D

I love the way this Happy Birthday Card looks like a 3D card.  I cut out the flowers and leaves from the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper.  I popped up the flowers on White Cardstock and then ran the piece with the flowers through the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

• Smoky Slate Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• White Cardstock layer:  4" x 3 1/4"
• Pool Party Cardstock layer:  4 1/4" x 3 1/2"
• The "happy birthday" sentiment from Happiness Abound Stamp Set is stamped in Versamark Ink on Black Cardstock and embossed with White Embossing Powder
