Today I am sharing some beautiful happy birthday cards I received from my friend Dale Morin and Lilly Ruiz. I love sending greeting cards, but I love getting cards more... It must be a pink thing.

I'm excited to play with new color palettes and designs. Today's card features flowers I cut from the Pattern Party 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper. I colored in the flowers using Balmy Blue Blends (Light).

Card Details:

Basic Gray Cardstock: 4-1/4" x 11", scored at 5-1/2"
Smoky Slate Cardstock: 4-1/4" x 2-3/4"
White Cardstock cut using Stitched Rectangle Dies
The "These are the moments we'll look back on with joy" sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set

Stampin With Scraps: Pattern Party Designer Series Paper

This stampin with scraps card reminds me of candy. I used Pattern Party Designer Series Paper strips to create this happy birthday card. I layered the DSP strips on Flirty Flamingo Cardstock and added a Poppy Parade Cardstock strip for the greeting. Both colors coordinate nicely with the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper.

Card Details:

White Cardstock card base: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Flirty Flamingo Cardstock layer: 5-1/4" x 4"
Pattern Party DSP strips (5 pieces): 3-3/4" x 1"
Poppy Parade Cardstock strip: 5-1/4" x 1"
