This stampin with scraps card reminds me of candy. I used Pattern Party Designer Series Paper strips to create this happy birthday card. I layered the DSP strips on Flirty Flamingo Cardstock and added a Poppy Parade Cardstock strip for the greeting. Both colors coordinate nicely with the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper.

- The "Happy Birthday" sentiment from Sweet Ice Cream Stamp Set is stamped in Black Memento Ink on Poppy Parade Cardstock
