Stampin With Scraps: Cheerful Daisies Dies

I was playing around with some retired Country Gingham Designer Series Paper scraps and came up with this Birthday card. You can recreate this card using any current DSP.

Card Details:
  • Balmy Blue Cardstock base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", folded in half
  • I had a bunch of square DSP scraps so I laid them out on White Cardstock
  • Used Cheerful Daisies Dies to create the daisy

Stampin' Up! So Swirly Embossing Folder

For a pretty card it doesn't get more simple than this one. I used the So Swirly Embossing Folder for the background and the butterfly is from the Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set. Hoping this card brings some comfort to a friend.

Card Details:
  • White Cardstock card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", folded in half
  • White Cardstock layer: 5 1/4" x 4" - embossed with So Swirly Embossing Folder
  • The "comfort and strength" sentiment from the Happy Little Things Stamp Set is stamped with Black Ink on White Carsick and trimmed using the Happy Labels Punch
  • The butterfly from Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set is stamped on White Cardstock with Black Ink and colored in with Pool Party Blends and hand cut

I used the leaves from the Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set to create this friend card.
