Is That Lovely Lipstick Washi Tape?

So you are not seeing things... this is not washi tape.  I used paper scraps from the new Lovely Lipstick In Color Designer Series Paper to create the background.  The daisy from the Daisy Delight stamp set is stamped in Lovely Lipstick ink to match.  The black dots are from the Swirly Bird stamp set.
