Seeing Dots Happy Birthday Card


I created this interesting background on this card using Pear Pizzazz, Flirty Flamingo and Coastal Cabana ink pads.  I punched a 1" circle on a piece of scrap paper using the 1" Circle Punch.  I used that as my template to color in the dots using ink pads and Daubers.
