I think every time I go through the Stampin' Up! 2020 Mini Catalog I see another card or project I missed the first time I went through the catty. This card using Best Dressed 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper and the Dressed to Impress Stamp Set on page 54 of the Mini Catalog caught my eye. Love how the bags and shoes cut from the DSP look like they are on a shelf.
