Dimensions: cut a piece of White Cardstock measuring 8" x 2" and score at 3 1/4" and 4 1/2". Then use the Scallop Tag Topper Punch on each end. I wrapped the Hershey nuggets in Bumblebee 6x6 Designer Series Paper.
