Pool Party Monday With Hand-Penned Petals Bundle

It's a Pool Party Monday thing.  I created this Best Wishes card using the Hand-Penned Petals Bundle which included the Penned Flowers Dies and the Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set.

Card Details:

• Pool Party Card Stock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• Pool Party Card Stock layer:  5 1/4" x 4" - embossed with Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder
• Stamped Hand-Penned Petals Stamp Set in Black Memento Ink and colored in with Pool Party, Soft Succulent and Daffodil Delight Blends
• Cut a piece of Vellum Card Stock cut using the Stitched Rectangle Dies
