Today I'm sharing a simple and pretty monochromatic card... white on white. I punched out the daisy with the Stampin' Up! Daisy Punch on 3"x3" square. Layered the square with Whisper White cardstock. The thank you greeting is stamped in Soft Suede ink and the center circle of the daisy is stamp with the Stampin' Up! Daisy Delight stamp set in Crushed Curry ink.
Petal Palette and Petal Passion Thank You card
This Thank You card nicely pairs some retired products - Petal Passion Designer Series Paper with some new products - Grapefruit Punch 2018-2019 In Color Cardstock. I colored in the roses with the new Grapefruit Punch and Granny Apple green ink pads and an Aquapen. The strip of Petal Passion DSP makes the roses pop.
I stamped the stem with leaves in Pear Pizzazz. Stamped off to give it dimension with the lighter and darker green color. I stamped the rose separately and colored in with Daffodil Delight Blends and Old Olive Blends and then cut out using the die cut. I added the strip of DSP at the bottom for contract... measures 4" x 1".
Grapefuit Grove - Lots of Fun With the 2018-2020 In Color DSP!
I am exploring different options using the 2018-2020 In Color pack. Today I am playing with Grapefruit Grove. I created this card with the help of the Daisy punch. The greeting is from the Petal Palette stamp set.
Stampin' Up! Petal Palette - Blueberry Bushel
This card gave me the opportunity to pair the Petal Palette stamp set with the new Blueberry Bushel In Color Designer Series Paper. There’s something very exciting about using a new ink color and new DSP.
Craftroom Inspiration Ball Jar With Daisy Delight
I find it inspiring to surround my craftroom with pretty things. Unfortunately, I recently lost both my parents. They used to grow their own tomatoes and make their own tomato sauce. I used one of their Ball Jars to create this vase.
I painted the jar with 3 coats of Chalky Paint in French Teal and then used a sanding block to distress the paint. You must make sure the paint is complete dry in between coats.
I cut strips of the Stampin' Up! new Granny Apple Green cardstock measuring 3/4" x 8-1/2". I glued the strips to the jar and this is how I adhered my daisies. I used the Daisy Delight stamp set to stamp the daisies in Pool Party ink and punched them out using the Daisy punch. I stamped the leaves using Granny Apple Green ink and I punched some extra daisies in Whisper White cardstock to add dimension.
2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Catalog is HERE!
I hope you are as excited as I am! The new 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Catalog is officially here! Stampin' Up! has new colors, new ink pads... so exciting!
The spice of life is variety, and that’s especially true in the world of color. Stampin’ Up! makes a point to keep an eye on color trends across different markets and industries. With this revamp, we have new products to introduce and and a new variety of shades that will inspire creativity and allow you to explore more sides of your crafting.
Color Me Daisy Punch
I wanted to try something different using the Daisy Punch. I punched a daisy on a scrap of paper and used that as a template. First I sponged the daisy in Pool Party and then I turned the template to show only the empty spaces and I sponged in with Bermuda Bay.
