May 24 Stamping Class

These are the projects from my May Stamping Class.  With Father's Day coming up next month I thought it would be nice to create some nice masculine cards.  The girls had the option of putting a Father's Day greeting or a Happy Birthday greeting on the cards.  You could never have too many masculine cards.

Father's Day Card
I love the nautical theme.  I used the Stampin' Up! 3/4 " circle punch to punch out a notch on each side of the card to hold the Chocolate Chip Twine in place.  Colors:  Espresso, Crumb Cake and Night of Navy.  I wanted to use my Tasteful Trim die to cut out the scallop for my water, but it was too big.  But...  I noticed the scraps left over from the die were perfect!



Father's Day Card
Who doesn't love the Stampin' Up! set Lovely As A Tree... that set has been around longer then I have been a demonstrator.   Colors:  Espresso, More Mustard and Basic Gray DSP from the Neutrals 12x12 Paper Pack.  I love those Silver buttons!!



Father's Day / Masculine Birthday Card
Love the ties!  I stamped the ties in Night of Navy and then stamped the other tie in Soft Suede, cut it out and popped it up.  The background DSP is the Crumb Cake DSP from the Neutrals 12x12 Paper Pack.  Colors:  Night of Navy, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake DSP.  Love the Bronze button on this one!



Gift Card
Colors:  Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze.   You can never have too many of these for those last minute gifts.  This was so simple to make since I used the Two Tag die cut.  I just slid the card on one end and then I used my slit punch to punch a slit on the other end to hold the card in place.  Cut cardstock piece 4 1/2 x 6 3/4, score at 2" and 5".



Magnetic Coaster Photo Holders
There are endless possibilities on what you can do with a chip board coaster.  I got these from Outback Steak house.  I used the Soft Subtles and Neutrals 12x12 DSP paper packs and the girls got to choose their own color.  We put a magnetic strip on the back.  Cute, simple and easy!



FREE Gift
This was my gift for all the ladies who attended my class.  At every class I do a raffle and give out free Stampin' Up! products.  I also like to give everyone a personally stamped gift to take home.  I made these using the Two Tag die cut again and just added a greeting, a little punched butterfly and the Dove chocolate of course!

Throwback Project: St. Patty's Day Hat

Sharing a fun throwback project for St. Patty's Day from 2017. I made the hat using an empty packing tape roll.
