Today's card shows the simplicity and beauty of the new Soft Seedlings Stamp Set.  This stamp set is perfect for cardmaking with its feature image of a detailed maple leaf and simple scripted sentiments.  You can create minimalist cards that have a maximalist impact!  The distinctive details of this stamp set mean you can easily make a realistic image with one color.

Card Details:

• Crumb Cake Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4" - embossed with Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder and sponged with Crumb Cake Ink
• White Cardstock:  cut with Scalloped Contour Dies and stamped the leaf image in Pumpkin Pie Ink on one side and Old Olive Ink on the other side
• The "Thank You" sentiment from the Go To Greetings Stamp Set is stamped in Early Espresso Ink

 

Stampin' Up! Wonderful World Stamp Set in Orchid Oasis

I can't get enough of the Wonderful World Bundle from the Sale-A-Bration promotion.  The bundle has both the Wonderful World Stamp Set and the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.  I started with Orchid Oasis Cardstock for the card base and stamped the flower in the same Orchid Oasis Ink to give it a watermark look.

Card Details:

• Orchid Oasis Caardstock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4" - stamped flower in Orchid Oasis Ink
• White Cardstock:  4" x 3 1/4" - stamped flower in Orchid Oasis Ink
• Smoky Slate Cardstock: 4 1/4" x 3 1/2"
• The "Thinking of You" sentiment from Go To Greeting Stamp Set is stamped in Versamark Ink on Black Cardstock and embossed with White Embossing Powder

Stampin' Up! Celebrate With Sunflowers Meets Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper

I took a rustic twist on this Thinking of You card.  I used Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp Set and Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper.  The white sunflower pops against the dark designer series paper.  The sunflower is cut using Sunflower Dies with White Cardstock for the base and second layer and for the center I used Daffodil Delight and Soft Suede Cardstock.  The Black & White Gingham Ribbon coordinates perfectly

Card Details:

• Black Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
• Rustic Harvest DSP:  5 1/4" x 4"
