The new In Color Call Me Clover is such a pretty green. I used a strip of the In color Designer Series Paper in Call Me Clover to accent this birthday card. I stamped off the solid leaves to make it a lighter color for contrast. The detailed leaves are stamped directly.
Masculine Birthday Cards
Made the shirt card by cutting a piece of DSP measuring 5-1/4" x 4" and scoring 1" across the top. You need to cut in about 1" on each side. That's how you create the collar. I cut the tie out free hand and sponged the edges for depth.
Paint Chip Inspiration #46: Christmas in July Tags
It's time for some Paint Chip Inspiration. I made these Christmas tags using paint chip samples. I punched out the circles using a 1-3/4" Circle Punch. Made the top of the ornaments using Stampin' Up! Silver Foil. I cut little triangles and cut off the tops.
Dimensions: White cardstock measures 2" x 4-1/2", punched with Scalloped Tag Punch.
Call Me Clover Daisy Happy Birthday Card
July Stampin Projects - In Color DSP
More picture and details from my July Stampin Class Projects. Both cards use the new In Color Designer Series Paper pack... Lovely Lipstick and Grapefruit Grove.
I stamped off with Grapefruit Grove first and then stamped directly. Did the same with the leaves with Pear Pizzazz. The White square measures 3" x 3-1/4" and the Grapefruit cardstock layer measures 3-1/4" x 3 1/2".
The Lovely Lipstick DSP strip measures 5" x 1".
Petal Palette Celebrating You Birthday Card
This is another card from my July Stampin Class. We colored in the flowers from the Petal Palette stamp set using the Old Olive and Calypso Coral Stampin Blends.
Happy Birthday Poppy Parade Tulip
I love stamping with flowers and I used to love using the Tranquil Tulips stamp set before it retired. I wanted to make a tulip card and searched my current stamp sets. I found that I can use the large leaf from the Bunch of Blossoms stamp set to recreate a tulip in Poppy Parade ink.
