Fun Fold Gift Card Holder: Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper

  • Cut two pieces of Highland Heather Cardstock measuring 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"- these are for the front and back panels
  • Cut a piece of Seaside Spray Cardstock measuring 5" x 3 3/4" - this is for layering on the front of the card

Sour Cream Container Party Favors

Sharing some Sour Cream Container Party Favors I made for a friend's party.  These favors have been around forever and they are still a great idea.  You can make them with a full 6x6 sheet like the large ones shown in Pear Pizzazz Designer Series Paper or the small 4x4 one made with Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper and Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper.  You can make them with any measurement as long as it's a square paper piece.

Score the 6x6 piece on one side at 5 3/4" and 5 5/8" and then repeat on the opposite side.  Adhere the piece together as shown.

Adhere the bottom (you can see the score lines in this photo)

Gather the ends on the opposite side going the other direction.  Put two hole punches on the other end to run your ribbon through.  I use clips to keep them together.  Fill with candy treats and tie your ribbon.

  • Punch each end using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch
  • Score at 5" from each end
  • Cut a piece of designer series paper measuring 2 1/2" x 6 1/4" (Paper Blooms DSP was used but it is retired, but you can substitute with any DSP)
