Feel Better Friend Card with Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper

This card should make anyone feel better.  To create the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper layer I cut a piece of White Cardstock measuring 4 1/2" x 3 1/4".  Then I glued down 5 strips of the DSP strips measuring 3/4" x 3 1/4" on the White Cardstock.  I trimmed the entire layer piece using the Rectangles Stitched Framelits Dies so the stitching goes all around.

I made this Congratulations card for a friend using Expressions In Ink Designer Series Paper scraps.  My friend loves to surf and I thought this die from Tasteful Labels Dies looks like little surfboards.

Happy Birthday in Misty Moonlight and Just Jade... I love how these two colors pop against the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper.  For that fancy little cut out I used a die from the Stitched Triangle Dies.  The HAPPY Birthday sentiment is from the Biggest Wish Stamp Set.

 

Happy Birthday in Pacific Point

I decided to challenge myself today with this Happy Birthday card in Pacific Point Cardstock and Pacific Point Ink.  Pacific Point is a pretty blue, but admittedly, not a color I usually consider when stamping.  I used the Wild Rose Stamp Set to create this floral background.

Artistic Dies Gold Foil Happy Birthday Card

I am loving the new Artistically Inked Bundle which includes the Artistically Inked Stamp Set and Artistic Dies.  I layered the flower cut from Gold Foil and the Artistic Dies onto Very Vanilla Cardstock and Crumb Cake Cardstock.  The card is beautifully accented by the Gold Fine Art Ribbon.
