Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper Birthday Card

I'm loving the Cheerful Daisies Bundle.  The bundle includes the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and the coordinating Cheerful Daisies Dies.  And look how nicely it pairs with the Fresh As A Daisy 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper.  This paper has a beautiful combination of new colors Moody Mauve, Wild Wheat and Bubble Bath.

Card Details:

• Moody Mauve Cardstock:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded in half
• Fresh As A Daisy DSP: 5 1/4" x 4"
• The Daisy is a two-step stamp.  I stamped the outline in Moody Mauve Ink and stamped the inside with Bubble Bath Ink.  The leaves are stamped in Wild Wheat Ink

One card design, but two cards using paper scraps from Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper.  I used the Postage Stamp Punch which I forgot is retired, but you can get the same effect with rectangle paper scraps.

Card Details:

• Calypso Coral and Smoky Slate Cardstock card base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded in half
• Petal Pink and Pretty Peacock Cardstock: 5" x 3 3/4"
• White Cardstock layer: 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" - embossed with Basics 3D Embossing Folder
• The 'thank you" and "with deepest sympathy" sentiment is from the Something Fancy Stamp Set
• Leaves were stamped in Calypso Coral and Pretty Peacock Inks

I made this special Birthday card for a co-worker who loves the ocean.  I know the By The Bay Designer Series Paper is retired but it's just too pretty to let go. I love this "wishing you the brightest birthday" sentiment from the Seaside Bay Stamp Set and die-cut using the Seaside Bay Dies.

Card Details:

• Balmy Blue Cardstock card base: 4 1/4" x 11", folded in half
• White Cardstock: 5 1/2" x 3 1/4"
• By the Bay DSP: 5 1/2" x 3"
• The seashells were all die-cut out directly from the By The Bay Designer Series Paper using the Seaside Bay Dies
• The "Wishing you the brightest birthday" sentiment from the Seaside Bay Stamp Set is stamped on White Cardstock with Night of Navy Ink and die-cut
