- Old Olive Cardstock 12 x 12: cut a piece measuring 6 1/4" x 12"
- Score on the 12" side at 2 3/4", 5 1/2", 8 1/4" and 11"
- Score on the 6 1/4" side at 2 1/2" (this is the bottom part that folds in)
