I am very excited that the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper is being carried over into the NEW Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog. The hand-painted designs are inspired by fields of wild lavender. You can use these lovely sheets as a background image or die-cut pieces to use as an accept... the options are endless.
