Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper - Rococo Rose


I used the Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper to create this elegant card.  The Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper has elegant patterns with foil accents.  This DSP has three patterns and three different colors in the paper pack...  Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose and Sahara Sand.  I used Rococo Rose for this card.

  • Rococo Rose Cardstock card base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
  • Love You Always Specialty DSP in Rococo Rose:  5 1/4" x 4"
  • The "Just wanted to send some happy thoughts your way" sentiment is from the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set, which I stamped in Soft Suede Ink and cut out using the Stitched Nested Label Dies
  • Greeting is layered in Sahara Sand cardstock
  • Sahara Sand Cardstock strip:  5 1/4" x 1/2" and embossed using the Greenery Embossing Folder








Dandy Laser-Cut Paper with Blending Brushes



Today I am sharing two "Thank You" cards I made with the Dandy Laser-Cut Paper and Blending Brushes.  Both are from the 2021 Spring Catalog.  The Thank You sentiment is from the Best Year Stamp Set.

  • Black Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2"
  • White Cardstock layer:  5" x 3 1/2"
  • Dandy Laser-Cut Paper dragonflies:  colored in with Blending Brushes and Granny Apple Ink

  • Crumb Cake Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2"
  • White Cardstock layer:  5" x 3 1/2"
  • Dandy Laser-Cut Paper design:  colored in with Blending Brushes and Flirty Flamingo Ink


I inked up the Dandy Laser-Cut Paper on White Cardstock using the Blending Brushes.  I saved the White Cardstock reverse inked sheets to be used at a later date for cards.





 

Wishing You Your Best Year Yet with True Love Designer Series Paper


This card is sure to put a smile on someone's face.  I used True Love Designer Series Paper for this card.  I cut the flowers out of the designer series paper and colored them in using Rococo Rose Blends and Granny Apple Green Blends.  The "Wishing You Your Best Year Yet" sentiment if from the Best Year Stamp Set.

  • Black Cardstock card base:  41/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
  • White Cardstock layer:  5 1/4" x 4"
  • True Love DSP strip:  5" x 1 1/4"  

I used the Rococo Rose Blends and Granny Apple Blends to color in the roses and leaves. I started with the Rococo Rose Light Blend all over the rose first and then highlighting with the Rococo Rose Dark Blend.  Same with the leaves, I used the Granny Apple Light Blend all over the leaves and then highlighted with the Granny Apple Dark Blend.
















 

Wild Roses and Art Gallery Hello Card


For today's Hello card, I stamped the background with Wild Roses Stamp Set in Pool Party Ink.  The large flower from the Art Gallery Stamp Set was stamped in Pool Party Ink and Coastal Cabana Ink.

Details
  • Basic Gray Cardstock card bases:  4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
  • White Cardstock layer:  5 1/4" x 4"
  • White Cardstock layer:  4" x 3 3/4" - stamped with Wild Roses Stamp Set in Pool Party Ink.  Line up the 4" side at the top of your trimmer and then cut at 2 1/2"
  • Large flower from the Art Gallery Stamp Set is a two-step stamp set.  I stamped the first layer in Pool Party Ink and then the second layer was stamped in Coastal Cabana
  • The 'Hello" greeting from Best Year Stamp Set was stamped in Basic Gray Ink











 

Art Gallery Simple Cards: Old Olive & Rococo Rose

 


Today's simple cards were both made using the Art Gallery Stamp Set.  Both cards are simple using only one ink color.

Details

  • White Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2 and second card is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
  • White Cardstock layer:  5" x 3 3/4"
  • Card one was stamped using Old Olive Ink.  First I stamped the flower in Old Olive Ink and then stamped off with Old Olive Ink for the other surrounding flowers
  • Card two was stamped using Rococo Rose Ink.  First I stamped the flower in Rococo Rose Ink and then stamped off with Rococo Rose Ink for the other surrounding flowers









Sweet Strawberry Happy Birthday Card



How sweet is this birthday card made with the Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set.  I also used the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper, which I hope you were able to snag some for free during Sale-A-Bration.  

The strawberries from the Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set are stamped in Real Red Ink (strawberry outline) and Poppy Parade Ink (inside the strawberries). The leaves were stamped in Granny Apple Ink (stamped off for the inside). 

Details
  • So Saffron Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
  • So Saffron Cardstock layer:  4" x 5 1/2" and embossed using the Greenery Embossing Folder
  • Berry Delightful DSP strip:  2" x 5 1/4" and punched on one end using the Triple Banner Punch
  • "Happy Birthday You Sweet Thing" sentiment from the Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set is stamped with a Versamark Ink Pad and embossed with White Embossing Powder.  Trim the edges.
