Paint Chip Inspiration #38: Christmas Lights on a String

I had a lot of fun making this paint chip card.  I used the Balloon Bouquet punch to punch out the balloons and snip off the ends so they look like light bulbs.

    I used the Stampin' Up! Modern Label Punch and trimmed off at the end - the punch has since been retired
