Holiday-Themed Single Stamps available

A new holiday-themed collection of single stamps are now available.  The holidays will be here before you know it and these holiday-themed single stamps may be just what the budge-conscious stamper needs.  There are eight different stamps to choose from, six of which coordinate with Framelits, dies or punches.

August Class Projects continued...

Ceramic Coasters...  Used Hodge Podge glue to adhere the Stampin' Up! DSP to the tiles.  Then we topped them off with another think layer of Hodge Podge on top to seal them and give a little sheen.  Love the way they turned out.  I even added felt cushions on the bottom so they don't scratch furniture.

Oh Happy Day card...  we made our own button on this card.  I taught the girls how to make a button using the 1" and 3/4" circle punches.

3x3 Mini Cards and holder.  Made card holder using the Fancy Favor Die Cut.  Used aqua pen for background effects..

August Stamping Class

Good morning blog readers.  I am very excited to share the projects we made at my August Stamping class.  I may have over done it with projects this month...  but I think the girls loved them!  We made a set of 3 tile coasters, 2 cards, decorated a candy jar and we made a note card holder with 4 note cards.  WOW!

I love the way this card turned out.  After I made the tile coasters using the Espresso/Vanilla combination, it inspired me.  The background card is Early Espresso with Very Vanilla layer that I ran through the Honeycomb Embossing Folder.  The Butterfly is from the April Best of 25 Years Stamp Set  "Best of Butterflies".

More to come...

Soccer Birthday Gift Card

I wanted to make a soccer birthday gift card, but I didn't have a set with a soccer ball that was big enough.  So I punched out a circle with the 2 1/2" circle punch and then put it through the Stampin' Up! Honeycomb Embossing Folder and then I cut out some small black pieces to make the soccer ball.  I think it turned out pretty nice!

Added a pocket for the gift card using a small piece of Stampin' Up! DSP.

Another Sneak Peak

Another sneak peak of whats to come for August 16 class...  3x3 cards...

More Craftroom Goodies...

My craft room is not perfect, but it's mine and I love it.  I have all my supplies handy and I try to keep it organized.  One of my favorite areas is the display area...  I love going over to these shelves and looking at the latest projects I've done in my class or the swaps I've gotten from meetings.  I get inspired every time I look at them.

Another inspiring area in my craft room is the "wall of cards".  The word "inspire" is made up of wood letters I bought from Michael's and I painted them white and put magnets on the back.  I try to recycle the cards and keep the new ones on display, but I also keep some old ones because they are just too nice to put away.

Please feel free to send me an e-mail if you have any questions about any of the projects/cards you see on display (filogreen@verizon.net).

Sneak Peak

This is just a little sneak peak... or a tease of what I'm planning for my next class on Friday, August 16.  I think the girls are really going to love this project!

Tune in for more photos.
