Case it Wednesday: Daisy Delight Photopolymer

I cased this card from Pinterest. The Hardwood stamp set background in Soft Suede adds nice dimension to this card and highlights the Daisy Delight Photopolymer stamp set. 

Old Olive 3/8″ Mini Chevron Ribbon is so easy to work with.  The Mini Chevron Ribbon is also offered in Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay in the new Stampin’ Up! 2017-2018 Annual Catalog.

 

 

Stampin With Scraps: Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper

Today I have a quick "Stampin With Scraps" card idea.  I used scraps from the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper pack in Lemon Lime Twist and Powder Pink.

The Happy Birthday Thinlits Die is a great way to add a big greeting with a big message.

  

Happy Birthday Card 1-2-3

This is a quick and easy Happy Birthday Card that can be put together in minutes using any Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper.

For this card I used the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper for the background. The Happy Birthday was cut out in Lemon Lime Twist with a Whisper White shadow and the balloons were punched out with the Balloon Bouquet punch in Fresh Fig and Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.

Tranquil Tulips Hostess Stamp Set - Dapper Denim

I created today’s Happy Birthday card for a friend's upcoming birthday.  This Tranquil Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set is quickly becoming one of my favorite new stamp sets. This stamp set can be yours FREE when you place an order of $150 or more (excludes shipping and tax).

The Happy Birthday greeting and the tulips are stamped in Dapper Denim.  I stamped off for the lighter background.  The leaves are stamped in Wild Wasabi.  

And of course every flower needs a butterfly so I added this small Peekaboo Peach butterfly from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set.

Inspired By Bundle of Love Suite

The Bundle of Love Suite displayed on page 102 of the New 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! U.S. Catalog was the inspiration behind these beautiful cards.  The Vanilla and Gold paper are nicely complimented by the Flower Shop flowers.

Flowers are from the Flower Shop stamp set stamped in Blushing Bride and leaves are from the Rose Garden Thinlits Dies.  The greeting is from the Butterfly Basics stamp set, which was stamped in Soft Suede.

  

Case it Wednesday: Camouflage Playful Backgrounds Card

It's always nice to find a new Masculine Happy Birthday card idea so you can image how happy I was when I found this camouflage border idea using the Stampin' Up! stamp set Playful Backgrounds.  I cased the idea from The Creativity Cave by Dena Rekow  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clg2iG4q20A&t=445s

First I cut a strip of Very Vanilla cardstock measuring 5 1/2" x 2". Then I sponged Crumb Cake ink, stamped the swirls from Playful Backgrounds in various colors... first Old Olive, then Always Artichoke and then Soft Suede.

 

Oh So Eclectic Bundle - Tranquil Tide

Today I am showcasing the fabulous Oh So Eclectic bundle.  I love the versatility with the different flower shapes and leaves.  I used different colors to create this design...  Tranquil Tide, Wild Wasabi, Pool Party and Daffodil Delight. The leaves are stamped in Tranquil Tide... I stamped off to get the lighter shadow color.
