Simple Fridays with Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper

How about this for a simple but pretty card using the Fancy Flora 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper from the Mini Catalog.  This DSP reminds me of a Monet painting, which is one of my favorite artistic styles.  The Early Espresso 1/4" Faux Suede Trim coordinates nicely against this DSP and brings out a hint of Soft Suede color in the DSP.

Card Details:

• Basic White Cardstock: 4 1/4" x 11", folded in half
• Fancy Flora DSP: 5 1/4" x 4"
• Wrap your Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim around the DSP before adhering to your Basic White Ccardstock card base
• The "Wishing You All The Happiness You Can Imagine" sentiment from Art Gallery Stamp Set is stamped in Early Espresso Ink on Basic White Cardstock and die-cut using Something Fancy Dies

 

Happy Birthday with Artistically Inked in Sweet Sorbet In Color

Today's card is created with Stampin' Up!s Artistically Inked Stamp Set and coordinating Artistic Dies. I wanted to try something different, so today I used the new Sweet Sorbet In Color which coordinates very nicely with Daffodil Delight against the Basic White Cardstock.

Card Details:

• Basic Black Cardstock card base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded in half
• Basic White Cardstock: 5 1/4" x 4", embossed with Gingham Embossing Folder
• The large flowers are stamped in Sweet Sorbet Ink with the smaller flowers stamped in Daffodil Delight Ink and the leaves in Old Olive Ink
• Leaves were die-cut with Old Olive Cardstock and Artistic Dies
• The "Happy Birthday" sentiment is stamped in Versamark Ink and embossed with White Embossing Powder on Basic Black Cardstock

Playing with Stampin' Up! Hello, Irresistible Suite Collection

Playing around with the new Stampin' Up! online exclusive Hello, Irresistible Suite Collection. I used the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper and the Irresistible Blooms Bundle which includes the Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set and Irresistible Blooms Dies.

Card Details:

• White Cardstock card base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded in half
• White Cardstock:  4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
• Stamped two flowers in Daffodil Delight Ink and the leaves in Pear Pizzazz Ink with the splatter dots in Bermuda Bay Ink 
• The sentiment was stamped in Bermuda Bay Ink and cut out using the Stylish Shapes Dies

Fun Fold Monday: Regency Park Designer Series Paper

I love the way today's fun fold card turned out using Regency Park 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper. I cut out the flowers directly from the paper and added them to the corner of the tag for fun.

Card Details:

• White Cardstock card base:  4 1/4" x 11", folded in half and then cut off 2 inches on one end
• Regency Park DSP:  4" x 3 1/4" and 4" x 1 3/4"
• The "Thinking of You With All My Heart" sentiment from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set is stamped in Shaded Spruce Ink and cut out using Something Fancy Dies
