This was another project from my demonstrator meeting. Love the way this card turned out using the new Stampin' Up! Scalloped Tag Topper Punch.
Throw Back Thursday
This project is a throw back, but it certainly still looks pretty and would make a really cute Easter table decoration. This is a hat box from my local craft store and I decorated it with Stampin' Up! DSP and decorated the colored eggs with Stampin' Up! rub-ons.
