Painted Harvest Thank You in Highland Heather & Gorgeous Grape

It's always nice to send a thank you card when people show you kindness.  I made this card for a friend who loves the color purple.  I used Painted Harvest stamp set and Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Sahara Sand ink for the flowers.

JUST ANNOUNCED... Stampin' Up! Retiring Products

Just Announced....

Stampin' Up! announced this morning that the Stampin' Trimmer will be retiring, a die line supplier transition and modest price increases coming!
We have decided to retire the Stampin’ Trimmer as of June 3, 2019, including all accessories—replacement cutting blades, scoring blades, and cutting mats. We’ve experienced challenges with our supplier and are taking the opportunity to research and explore a replacement option for this product, which will not be the same as the current Stampin’ Trimmer.
  • Stampin’ Trimmer and all blades/accessories are retiring.  If you would like a Stampin' Trimmer, replacement blades or accessories, please order them now, while supplies are available.  There is a current quantity limit of THREE on blade packages (set of two).  On April 15, the limit will be increased to SIX.
  • Retiring In Colors:  Grab these retiring In Color and coordinating ink and paper products while they are still available!  They tend to sell out quickly!
  • Stock Up NOW! When the new catalog is released, there will be some modest price increases on a select product, including card stock, Designer Series Paper, Foil Sheets and embossing powder.
  • June 4! The Stampin’ Up! 2019-2020 Annual Catalog begins.  New stamp sets, 2019-2021 In Colors and a new die and embossing folder style will be introduced.

Painted Seasons in Lovely Lipstick

It would be great if the Painted Seasons stamp set and coordinating Four Seasons Framelits Dies return in the new Stampin' Up! Catalog.  I used Lovely Lipstick ink and cardstock with the coordinating designer series paper to create this card.

Easter Blessings Easter Egg Card

Love the way this Easter Egg card turned out.  I cut the egg shape using an oval framelit and put it on the fold (see below).  I cut the cracked look on the egg by hand.

Unfortunately the new Stampin' Up! Oval Framelits Dies are not big enough, so I used the retired ovals to make the shape.

Black & White Monday: Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper

I am going to miss the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper which was part of the Sale-A-Bration this year.  So versatile and pretty.

Paint Chip Inspiration: Butterfly Beauty Thinlits Dies

I used the swirl from the In The Woods Framelits Dies to make the wave on this card.  The color block behind the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits Dies is a paint chip piece.

5 Minute 4 x 4 Country Floral Birthday Card

A quick and easy 5 minute card.  The Country Floral Embossing Folder gives such a pretty background on this card... no need for much.  The butterfly was punched out using the Butterfly Duet Punch and the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper.

Stampin With Scraps: Stampin' Up! Perennial Lavender DSP

Don't throw away your scraps. Today's Thank You card is another sample of how to use your paper scraps to create pretty cards.  I us...
